Hidden behind the Galhetas islands, on the other side of the bay opposite the entrance to the Saco do Sombrio, the tiny Figueira beach is one of Ilhabela's secret paradises with its calm, green transparent waters and 300 m stretch of white fine sand. At the left end of the beach, there is a colonial farm style house, with a charming thatched grass kiosk and a fishermen's cottage.
