One of the Island's most beautiful beaches, Pinto is preserved from tourist excesses due to the fact that it is a little off the main road, and access is restricted by a high-class condominium. The beach is a flat one about 400 m long and offers a wide stretch of fine white sand. Several trees stand along the beach's edge, providing shelter from the sun.

There are two options for getting to the beach. The first one is through the condominium and, this is only an option for those who know a resident. The other possibility is to stop the car just a little beyond the beach, at Armação beach, and walk along the sidewalk built over the coastal strip that connects the two beaches. From this sidewalk there is a path to a small pier, which is an excellent place for diving.
